Hi my name is Calum, i am struglling at the minute with my gambling its becoming a norm in my life and i am losing a lot of my wages through it but cant seem to be able to stop it on my own.
i today joined this site and immediately got onto the live chat where 2 people really helped me and i have done a few things they have said straight away, starting with deleting my account and self excluding myself for the future….
i am also going to be going to my local bookmakers asap and banning myself from them, hopefully this is the start of the change for me..
could anybody please add any advice to this topic!!! Thanks….
my main problem areas with my gambling:
i started with fruit machines in pubs and clubs. i then began to stop playing these for a while, then became old enough to go into bookmakers (basd mistake). i have lost a lot of money in bookmakers and i now have recently been gambling online. hopefully the stages i have taken above will help me out!!
