Hello, I read that Interview with “John” and it sounds an awfully lot like me, It feels like I close myself off, become numb to the “Real” world and can gamble a whole day away. Pretty upsetting. I am in a lot of debt, and am trying to work my way out, but feel like the only way to get out of it is to gamble my way out. So even if i win i always try and up the ante until i find my self depositing/transferring more money. It is a vicious cycle. I definitely believe I have lost control. and am trying to self exclude myself from these casino sites/ poker sites. please give me your input and how i can make some progress and deal with this I am trying to stop.
