A big mistake happen again! I gambled and lost. it’s half way through the year don’t have saving cos of gambling and I am in debts. Is there anyone out there that give me a good advise to stop this addiction. it seems to me everyone is just giving the same advice again and again to everyone, Amy new advise? Help

call the hotles association make an appointment to ban yourself from the venues, you don’t tell us where or what you gamble on, so how can we give advice? you don’t tell us what you are doing. this is called gambling THERAPY. you come here for therapy which means you have to do the work, soul searching. the reason why i tell you to read threads here is because i am sick and tired of new people coming here starting a thread i write my advise and then i never hear from them again. Lolong i was as desperate as you, i used to gamble every day. but if you are not writing about your experience, how are you doing therapy? how are you processing this problem. afterall this is a problem just like a maths problem you have to write it out. i have given so much to site ever since i came, i have given so much advise to so many people. you sound desperate lolong, just like i was, but you have to take the advise, that means take those small steps, not just read it otherwise it is just words. ok. once you made an appointment at the hotels association, you are going to get banned. you have to do it, like i said you can not escape from recovery. recovery is therapy, is gambling free days, you want gambling free days don’t you. now you can also call the gamblershelp hotline, just ring them and say you want to see a counsellor, ring right now, google, gamblershelp hotline, it is also on television, the number is also in every venue. the counsellor will help you do what you need, like ban yourself, go to g.a. you have to do it lolong, i can not call for you. you can say to them you want help. after that come back here, and i will give you another step by step plan. if you are gambling online get betfilter. that is all i have to say.
