im 26 years old live in belfast iv been gambling years ni prob since i was 14 its only been this last year it has started to take over my life i cant have any money in my pocket or i gamble it i need to face upto this problem an reliese its always the bookie that wins i cant help it an i need help big time its ruining my life starting today im off GAMBLING really hope i can do this for the sake off my mental health an personal life.this can be done an will be donethinking the dream livin a nightmare
