So here i am another week into recovery and still gambling free. No scratch lottery tickets or casinos. I am posting here since i missed groups yesterday. I want to remind myself that I can not gamble just for today. No urges to gamble and no gambling dreams think they have passed for the time being. I will try and make groups next week, as i really do miss them when i do not make them.

Hello! Good for you for not gambling today. I have just joined this site and am looking forward to participating. I am tired of thinking about gambling all the time. Just the word “gambling” I’m tired of repeating in my head over and over throughout the day.
