Well here I am, 1 week milestone since my last and final stint on slots! Yes I have been thinking about gambling over the last week, but not that I want to gamble, but more about what I can do with the money I will now have. Even in a week I am feeling better in myself, I am sleeping better and spending more time with my kids and family in the evenings. The feeling of not gambling and having money to spend on worthwhile things, outweighs that of the shortlived joy of winning on slots.
So here’s to the next week and the next and the next………
I am feeling great!!!!!
