Hallo Sherrie
Het spijt me dat je problemen hebt met het betreden van de groep. Als je naar de logboeken kijkt, lijkt het erop dat je er uiteindelijk in bent geslaagd om binnen te komen en te communiceren.
Helaas heb ik eerder geprobeerd met K9 te communiceren om problemen op te lossen die al dan niet het geval waren, dit is nooit gelukt, daarom adviseren we om software te blokkeren en geen software te filteren

Je nám líto, že máte problémy se vstupem do skupiny. Při pohledu na protokoly to vypadá, že se vám nakonec podařilo dostat dovnitř a komunikovat.

Mi dispiace che tu abbia problemi con l'accesso al gruppo. Guardando i log sembra che alla fine tu sia riuscito ad entrare e comunicare.
Sfortunatamente ho provato a comunicare con K9 prima per correggere problemi che potrebbero o meno essere stati, questo non ha mai avuto successo, quindi perché consigliamo di bloccare il software e non di filtrare il software
