I am on day 51- which is a great feeling- I didn’t think I would make it this far.
nI have still been getting emails from 3 online casinos. I was able to self- exclude from one yesterday and am still working on how to self-exclude permanently from the other two as it obviously didn’t work when I did it in July.
nI made myself a vision board of what I want to accomplish in the next 7 years- I did it on my phone with a photo editing app and made it my background so that I have a constant reminder of what I can easily achieve if I stay gamble free.
