You can not gamble 99% of the time? Well as you have found the remainibg 1% can cause a lot of damage. How about when you reach that point you have already banned yourself from your usual/local casinos? Have a blocker installed on your PC? Are accountable to someone for finances and dont have unaccountable instant access to funds? Are regularly posting here and attending GA meetings?
Yes take things a day at a time but dont just do that – let us know what barriers you are putting in place and how you are taking positive actions to work recovery.
