A start to helping yourself would be to self-exclude from the casinos where you gamble, that is if casinos are your way to gamble; If you gamble online, install a game blocking program. Either way your will be taking an action to stop your gambling. This action of physical banning ***** to be fortified with a mental ban as well; if your mindset is not in tune you will waste your efforts trying to get around the self-banning, efforts that would be better used to combat the triggers that sends you to gamble.
Self banning in Oklahoma with the Reservation casinos will require you to connect each casino separately and forrlw the different procedures for each. When you do go to ban, take a trusted friend of family member with you to lesson any temptation for "one last time", keep your last time as your last time and clean date.
