Hi Carter and welcome back. I remember you posting in June. Did you keep up the GA meetings? I just had a look and i see you are married. Im sure your wife will have heard all the "never again" promises before – what can you do differently this time? Can your wife hold your cash etc? If you don’t carry cash and are accountable for what money you do have thyen you wont be able to gamble. It’d also give your wife cause to think " Hey maybe he means it this time".
The actions that will help you stop gambling are the SAME actions that will help rebuild trust etc with your wife. Keep posting and let us know what positive actions you are taking.
