Carole, don’t look at this like a failure. It’s just part of the journey. I look back sometimes and frankly things happen for a reason. Maybe this is just what you needed to confront your gambling squarely in the face. We think we can control and fix things on our own and the reality is we can’t. This is when we learn “surrender”-when we realize we can’t gamble even just a little. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
