Hi Tiki, yes you can stop gambling. You will find so much support on here, both on these forums and especially in the chat groups. It is never to late to start the rest of your life. I would advise that every one u get an urge to gamble , and at the beginning that was all the one for me, write in the forum, go into the help line or if a group is open chat there.
