I know its hard. You know i do, I’ve been there so many times, and I’ve done it over and over and over and still come back and continued on. You can too. This is a rough patch, you can get through this. You need the support right now to help you through. Keep trying, each day is a new day, each day is a chance at recovery. Don’t give up.
