HI Rose, I totally understand how you feel. You are there because you’ve crossed the line to be coming a compulsive gambler, and unfortunately there is no going back. No occasional or take it or leave it gambling. It is sad what gambling does to people. But because its not a “substance” problem it’s even less understood. People just don’t understand. Unless they are an aware compulsive gambler. I hope you find support here to help you work this out. The only way things will get better is if we stop.
