Yes it will be a tough week for many this week. The amount of advertising about it is sickening. Unfortunately though gambling is ever present. The worse thing is the poorer the area the more bookies there are, it really does seem to prey on the desperate or those already in a downward spiral due to addiction. All we can do as friends and family is be mindful and have our eyes open but keep on nurturing and caring for ourselves so we remain strong and don’t let the addiction drag us down too.
