Hi monique, thanks for the kind words..
im still doing well at the minute.. ive had a few niggling doubts over the last hour or 2 but managed to convince myself that i am doing the right thing and that i am going to change my life!
its great to know that there are people who understand and i really believe that this site will truly help me!
