Cat I just have to say that you are one of the kindest people around. You are so so supportive of everyone and you have done so much in your recovery. I love how you always re emphasise the day at a time of living, it often reminds me when i get too far ahead of myself. I know you have gone through a lot of pain and suffering, you deserve this recovery so much and you have made your way through it helping others at the same time.
