Great thread. A lot of similarities in our stories. My gambling has also recently increased to the point where I am desensitized to betting large sums of money. Yesterday I told my AA sponsor how much money I had lost the day before. He couldn’t comprehend. I literally left him speechless. I thought I could apply the principles of AA to this addiction but, alas, I cannot. It is a different beast all together. Looking forward to picking up that book.
