Thank you for the feedback!! I’m an introverted person so struggle with group meetings so feel I would do better 1 to 1 counselling vs GA- I would like to work up to going to a GA meeting eventually but I am not ready. I did not gamble yesterday or today. When my pay hits this evening I am going to immediately pay my bills so that I don’t have the opportunity to gamble. I am trying to focus on one hour at a time and right now I just need to get through getting paid and following through with my bills.
