I strongly suggest you to contact debt counselling organization that @Dunc posted. I was where you are and feel right now. Everything seems like there is no way out. After I talked with my debt counselor. She informed me on what I need to know and what to do. One thing to be expected from all of this is that there is no a quick fix. Solving debt problem is not a sprint , it is a marathon.
The first step I did was that I wrote down everything on the paper and I made a call / sent email to all of the companies and ask them for help, tell them that you have a very bad month and looking for a little room to breath. Try to negotiate if you can get a payment free month, Pay less than you usually do or freeze the interest. Not all of the company will help you of course but some might help. Prioritize your bills , Rent and food comes first.
Then I started to looking into what monthly cost on what I can cut down , make a budget for everything. Then starting to looking for something I can sell.
The most important thing to do is seek help for your addiction. So you won’t get down to that road again and Please Be kind to yourself.
