Well i have made 100 days gambling free today I am seeing some benefits of not gambling however feel like i have reached a plateau on how i feel about it all. I have had some gambling thoughts when people have told me about the changes that have been made to fobts in the bookies wondering what they are like now etc. I know they will be the same logically just lower stake limit . Hope all is well with people have a good gambling free day
