The urge, verses of anxiety
Head pounding,
Stomach churning,
Voices whispering,
Screaming, shouting and lying!
Denying that I am trying,
Spirit shaken and stirred.
The Beast is stalking
Mocking and rather shocking.

It is all rather concerning,
But there are no reels turning.
Yet, I am full of an inner yearning,
I know there can never be any returning.

Fear, fear, fear
Please just disappear.

My blocks of armour
Will beat this evil snake of a charmer.

I am safe.
