      Hi F&F

      I am facilitating groups on Tuesdays between 22 – 23.00 hours UK time and Thursday evenings 20 – 21.00  hours UK time but I am finding it difficult to find time in the day to answer threads on the forum.  I will reply to threads asap but please support each other.

      I hope you are accessing the Helpline if you want support during the day.

      I look forward to ‘seeing’ you in F&F groups, because to me they always feel like we are sitting together.  Confusing thoughts that have made no sense can be given a voice in the privacy of a group and hopefully replaced by calmness.

      Hi V,
      Are you swapping times??
      Tuesday is now 20hr-21hr and Thursday is no longer 20-21 but moved to 22-23hr??
      Confused.com 🙂

      Thanks Red for pointing out that I don’t know my hours in UK time (I think I have been in a bit of a chaotic frame of mind!) Hopefully it is all correct now.

      I’m sorry to say I won’t be able to facilitate a group on Thursday 14th December because I have to drive my husband to an appointment as he is confined to a wheelchair.. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 19th.
      I look forward to ‘seeing’ you then.
