I have probably lost around $100 – 500 everytime i go gamble. it’s been about close to 4 years gambling now. about to be 26 years old, time is on my side!

I started with blackjack and ended up thinking i was smarter than everyone playing poker.

What i learned is, variance is an excuse to continue gambling.
I have lost around $10,000 lifetime, maybe a little less or more.

Anyway, I just wanted to state this because I don’t want to hold it in.

I have tried to always play ‘strategically’ but after trying continuously and failing, and NEVER having an amazing win, like literally I NEVER won big guys.

I have always tried to AT LEAST win big ONCE, and it never happened.

I know you guys are thinking i’m fortunate, and it’s true I am.

However, my compulsive nature didn’t want to accept that I kept losing no matter how smart of a gambler I was. I just didn’t take it.

and now I face the music.

It’s okay though, I accept I have lost all money, I am going to be at peace with it in this very moment because I deserve to be happy and so does everyone else.

Casinos are wishing that I self-destruct and feel bad about my losses, and I surely did for a while, but not anymore baby.

The real winner knows when to waive the white flag, and incredibly, it feels good to say I have been defeated by gambling.

Thank you for hearing me out, this relieved much tension within my soul.
