Dear Members there will be times in Open Groups that it becomes clear that another member needs crisis support.
We are extending our helpline hours as much as possible however we are limited in our resources. If your talking in an open group and feel another member needs immediate support please ask them to either contact the helpline if its available or pass them the details of Befriender. Befrienders lists all of the crisis lines available globally https://www.befrienders.org/
Our Helpline Hours are as follows
Monday – Thursday: 09:00 > 02:00 (2am) UK Time
Friday: 09:00 > 20:30 UK Time
Saturday: 10:00 > 14:00, 17:00 >19:00 UK Time
Sunday: 15:00 > 02:00 (2am) UK Time
