      Dear anyone
Can you please let me know what site, phone number, email or place I need to visit to be excluded from the bookies for a long time

I know the main bookies will individually give you up to a five year exclusion. William Hill will ban you from six additional shops on each instore exclusion. Coral and Ladbrokes up to three additional shops.

Not sure of the above link, but will sign up to it, I never knew it was active now.

I hope you’re still getting on your holiday?

hi Khurram as with the link above that holds a lot of good information you can always call MOSES (multi operator self exclusion scheme ) on 08002942060 and they will exclude you from every bookmakers around you, it’s easy to do and you don’t have to actually go into a bookies to self exclude, i used them and can vouch that they work a treat

I really need do this but I’ve not be well, I’m having a gambling relapse at the moment and the only thing I can think about is having a wee gamble, just got a credit card in the post maxed the limit and had to use money out my wage to pay it off. I remember standing at those long 13-14 hour shifts with my feet hurting to the core of my bones and having cramps from standing , 3 to 5 days in a row and now I’ve done this. I have £1.30 left from 1100 wage after paying all my bills and it’s all cause of gambling, good thing is I excluded my self from casino and now I want to do it from the bookmakers.

      Aw khuram .
I feel so sad for you and I can empathise because I have been there myself too often.
The only thing I can advise is to set every barrier you can think of so u simply cannot gamble -a thing I used to do was tape bank cards under the top surface of my desk in work -then when I went home i didn’t have them to use
Well done on self banning – and yes it’s a great idea to self ban from the bookies.
