Yes thats what it feels like totally naked
For the first time since I was 16yrs old I have never gambled for 10 days
No football bets No horses No lottery and No bingo
The hardest part, going out for a night out and deliberatly waiting untill the bingo was over
It all feels weard but in a good sense
I very much hope I can keep this up for the forth coming months and years
But I will take it one step at a time
