I can’t believe that I am writing on this page – i never thought I would have a problem with gambling – I remember as a kid being so angry with my Dad because he gambled (betting horses) – and how it impacted whether we would get something we needed – it all depended if his horse came in or not.  I was always grightened to gamble because of this.  We have had Casinos in our city for 15 years and I never went to them – maybe a few times in 13 years – then a couple of years ago – I started to go with someone – won money – and slowly I am hooked on those machines.  I know that I can’t win – that it is always the Casino that wins, but I go in there and forget everything – focus on those machines – almost in a trance.  It’s Day 4 and I know that I am concerned about Friday (Pay Day) and the weekend, but I am planning on doing other things.  I am not going to the Casino to loose all my money. I will do it one day at a time!!!
