Difficult day yesterday as wanted to go gambling to get money back from previous loss but didn’t. Found it helpful to look forward to writing that this is my second day of gambling free life following day. I didnt gamble everyday before and probaly max was 3 week break. The difference this time is i have decided and am determined to quit for good, as want a new start in life and it starts now.Trying to keep busy after work with excercise and reading. This time next year i will have new life with strong mind ,strong and healthy body and be gambling free.
