I need help. I have a severe gambling problem. I can’t make it 3 days without gambling. I’m in huge debt and am unhappy in all fields of my life.

I’m here after a two day binge where I lost all the money in my account. My brain keeps on telling me surely I’ll win something back, but I never do. Even if I win, it’s not the amount I need so I gamble until it’s all gone. I’m severley depressed right now and don’t know how to pull myself up. I used to be able to gamble with gamble free days in between, now I can hardly make it to 3 days.

I’m looking for advice from people that are or have been in my position.
