I was in that situation but I’ve been gambling for 8 years now (im 26) mainly online and trust me it will only get worse if you don’t do anything! So the fact you have money to your name , be proud you stopped when you still had money left!! So good shout suspending your accounts! And try stay distracted from the temptation

Thanks for replying! I really need to chat to some people that understand because if I tell my friends I don’t think they will quite understand the feelings and disappointment I feel . But hopefully I will gamble for these 8 years and now I’ll have many years gamble free
