Juggling money ALWAYS sets my mind onto gambling thoughts, Lizbeth.
If I dwell for a split second on that thought , it changes to action, and the action causes ruin.
We all know that.
We just need to remember it.

Another illusion!
We need to develop our own inner resources.
Of course the Human Condition always tells us we need others. We need people, money, company, love, approval….
But do we ?
Really?
Maybe we want them more than need them?
Food for thought , eh?
I thought I would DIE if some one went away…

‘Thought my life without gambling would be empty…Is it?
Sometimes it feels like take but guess what?
These are illusions.

Gambling comes with a high price tag, doesn’t it.I speak these words that Polonius spoke to Laertes, to myself as well as to you, Monica. I think lending is just as dangerous as borrowing, if not even more so, for a CG. In my case I feel I am compelled to lend when others are “stuck”. My motives are not always altruistic. Sometimes I give to make myself feel important . I give to make others dependent on me. I give to establish control over others. I give to get. It makes me feel like a big shot. Sometimes, I give because I feel others deserve MY money more than I do!? How about that! Why do you give, Monica?

Hold off on major decisions…what about selling your car? Can you bus/train/bike it for a few months ’til you get back to better times.Or take in a lodger/student? Moving house is hugely stressfull. Praying for you, Lizbeth.
Sorry, Laura. I signed in. No one there so I decided to go for a walk .Two hours later I came back, exhausted, made dinner, now I have to catch up on some laundry……normal life!
