Hi Sjc1. It’s my first gamble free day as well. It’s not because i don’t have any money today, even though I was gambling yesterday and lost almost all my salary. But as a many times before i decided not to gamble anymore from now on.
I have never been part of some support groups and forums before and i hope this will be useful and hope for a better start this time.
