I had some tough moments last week (that was usually my triggers for gambling).
I just want to say that your life always have alternative and you can change it.
My strategy is to try not to think about gambling, if you think you will fall and start gambling again.
Btw. does someone have some good books or podcasts that can helps with addiction?
