@ G Rec, gotten this off your post as i find it very meaningful and helpful. Will tell myself each end of the day as well.

“You can only control one day at a time. Make a promise to be better than you were yesterday.” – This is really strong advice and something that is a big part of my approach at the moment, at the end of each day that is gamble-free, I say that’s one more day in the right direction, let’s do the same again tomorrow.

@ G Rec, thank you always for dropping in for support as it meant a lot to me during this journey.

Very emotional roller coaster of 1st 3 days. Was tempted to be back to gambling to give same reason of reducing the life anxiety that im feeling thru. Filling up the empty void of gambling, but however after reading thru some new threads of other that mentioned the roller coaster feelings once back to gambling is so true!

This 1st week seem tougher then ever, but im hanging in there. Hoping and trying to be stronger then ever. Something that i will need to find something on to fill up the empty void.

God bless us all in this journey of GF!
