Just a thought but maybe you could chat to the podcast guy and explain your situation being in early recovery and such and say that you would like to contribute content (like being quoted) without being identified. I’m sure they would still value your input. I find that other people with this problem understand more than anybody else would. If you are content to not be involved then you don’t have to be either. I’m sure that your Hubby is just protecting your interests as it is a big deal going public.

I went to our friends on my birthday for tea and we played games and had good old fashioned fun. I really need to invite them to my house for an evening. It’s my turn. Yay for no gambling! Those boys are blessed to have you at their meetings. An empty plate does speak for itself. I remember my Hubby cooked for me once. I remind him of it often. It was my 19th birthday and he grilled steak marinated in red wine. It was quite lovely.

At least if you are going to “come out” so to speak, make sure that you are forewarned what to expect the outcome to be. I don’t fully understand who or why you are intending to take action against to be able to offer my opinion on the matter. I wish you well with it though. x

Existing in a state of anger and anxiety for the sake of experiencing it is an interesting concept. I think I’d take myself for a walk or have a hot bath or anything that I know would relax me. Anxiety is exhausting. Take care of you and I hope you feel better soon. Xxx
I don’t understand the context behind the statement “if we’ll have you” like are you touting for business or working for GT as a volunteer. Either way, I’d have you! You are an incredible support and a great calming influence. Your posts are considered and thoughtful. All round, I think you’re a good egg. There, that’s my vote of confidence for what it’s worth.
