I’m finding it difficult not gambling, I thought it may get easier .I haven’t gambled for a whole week which is a record for me.
However I’m feeling very empty and struggling,
I’m going to try and turn it into something positive and play my piano today .

It means a lot and thank you for welcoming in the group, I too am a compulsive gambler and can’t stop even though its making me ill.
