Hi, Laura yes i’m still here.. haven’t gambled since I came on to this page!! Got over the weekend when my biggest urges to gamble always are but I have to say I stayed busy and it never really entered my mind.. I did surround myself with people and things to do for the weekend which helped.. But today for example I watched 2 football matches in a row and not once did I even attempt to get online and check betting prices for them etc.. As for the blocking software I haven’t got any as of yet but it is definitely on the cards!

I have a good job making about 28,ooo a year but if i keep going this way i’ll be spending 28,000 a year aswel!! Day 1 starts tomorrow!! i’ve excluded myself of all online betting sites as this is the biggest problem i have so here’s hoping that i avoid all these as i get further into this journey
