    Day 2 yesterday no gambling plenty of urges and thoughts trying to keep bust hopefully it gets easier

    DAY1 no gambling but lots of gambling thoughts, kept myself busy at work, didn’t take bank card as normally would hopefully it gets easier

    Thanks means a lot! I’m determined to beat these addiction, the thought of what I’m doing makes me angry! I’ve got no self of steam, need to get my life back!
