You are right about when people post it does help, you and many others have helped me tremendously.. this morning i am going on and on, sometimes i think why the hell do i go on so much and why talk about that etc but thats just what comes out and maybe its meant to to help someone else.. glad you had a chat to your sponsor, wow sounds like you are doing a lot.. isnt that nice you got that compliment too.. take it on girl you deserve it.. have you ever looked at how far you have come, i remember talking to you early on, you have gone leaps and bounds.. bounding up the recovery highway.. yeeehoooo.. I dont know girl, i would be mad too.. I think its pretty cruel !! I am sure if your husband was an alcoholic you wouldn’t come home drunk to him.. i totally get if you are upset, you have worked extremely hard at this addiction.. to me, he is aware of what devastation was caused and how hard you have worked and to me it would feel like a slap in the face that he decides its ok for him.. doesnt show much support.. grrrrr i actually felt angry reading it.. i do know what velvet is saying.. but i also see from this side too that that would be hard to take.. maybe you could talk to him and tell him about how hard you have worked at this recovery, how upsetting it is to you that he has lied about this and why he feels the need to go gamble himself.  That is just my view though, i totally understand.. i guess because i know how hard we have to work to be gamble free.. i just find with peoples knowledge of this and then going out and doing it themselves is a bit insensitive.. You have done exceptionally well on this journey Kathryn and you have been through many things along the way and you have got through all of them.. dont let this one be any different, let it make you all the more strong..

I had to giggle at you in one of your posts to someone saying your happiness because of dry washing!! it made me laugh that is like me.. i bought myself a dish drainer and it was like the best thing ever.. hahha.. i was so excited and then i thought how the hell can i be excited about a dish drainer.. hehe what a cack, the little things that start creeping in when we dont gamble.. think this is a good thing really it shows we are happy with the simple things!! what a great way to be.. Hey and why is your thread back on page 3 hmmmm??? Hey i like that Larry, the moon hmmm… considering we are mostly water.. and the moon effects the tides, it also effects the people.. ever noticed on a full moon how crazy people go.. wonder if my gambling was more erratic around a full moon??  I wouldnt know because when gambling i wouldnt have noticed something as beautiful as the moon, now i do.. as do you…  so happy to be gamble free today and reading posts from people like you.. thanks Larry
