    Sorry to hear you are in such pain. I wish we lived closer. I would love to live closer to a lot of you. Just because the ocean is in between however doesnt mean my thoughts are any less for you. Wishing you a happy day today. Things will be good after your surgery imagine how good you will feel when its all done.

    Hi Bettie very glad to see you didnt gamble. I cant stand the thought of others relapsing because i just did and i know the pain. Never want to go through it again and hate to see anyone else go through it too.

    Hi Larry so glad you turned around, i have done that before too, got as far as the car park and driven off and it is not easy. On that day you found that sane thought. Awakening the beast is right and i am one who has relapsed a LOT. I can say that each time gets progressively harder to fight. Just as the gambling gets more progressive. Awakening the beast i like that. This time that beast just took control and i was completely lost to it.
    Hold onto those 90 days Larry and congratulations. I am not counting days myself anymore. I find it actually detrimental to my recovery and even in GA have said i dont want the coins or keytags or whatever they give at those days because it doesnt matter what day it is. I understand a lot of people like working toward those goals and you have done a great job.
    I always find you inspiring. You have always been thought provoking and helpful, i can see you have a different depth of understanding in your recovery this time round, i think it awakens some other part of you to when you relapse. Things arent so certain and sure. We never know what to expect and it makes us aware of ever keeping our guard up.
    I begin again, and its people like you here who make my journey that much more enjoyable along the way.

    Larry congratulations on your 2 years.. it is fantastic to come this far and you should be so proud of yourself.. you are a valuable member of this community.. way to go Larry..   Hope you do something nice for yourself !!

    Wow you are always on the go if not with work with homelife.. I told you i call you , you really are like wonder woman.. hehe.. I hope that you enjoy the new house, I am sure you will love having Brea there with you though.. I am sure Harry doesn’t mind where he is as long as you are all close by.. have missed seeing your posts around here.. I hope you get to have some rest soon and some sort of treat for yourself.. a good movie or book even.. hope to see you round more soon
