Well. Its the first of Autumn here. I think some of you call that fall. Just so tired and full. Just wanted to post as thats a type of commitment to recovery. I will start working on yhe things i need to change about myself soon. Having bad anxiety almost daily.

Cool I can, we are on the road, it may not feel pleasant, it may be hard to face reality but we are doing it, if we did it today we can do it any day. Off we go, recovery road is waiting for us to keep moving forward along it. We can do it, despite how it feels today

I dont think anything at all registers in me when its valentines day, its just another day to me. Guess thats pretty bad that i dont feel anything about it. That probably says it all. Hope your pain is easing and that the op goes well and you have a speedy recovery.
