Can you try another bank? What about just having cash access and no cards at all, just walking in to the bank and withdrawing some cash when you need it?
You have done really well, just keep going and use that one day at a time rule.

A reminder this morning to slow my pace of thinking down. To not worry about yesterday it is gone, tomorrow is in the future. The only way to be in the present is to live in the present, just for today. Just this one day i will not gamble. I would like to never gamble again and in order to do that i can do it one day at a time. Each morning, i can say, just today i won’t gamble.
So here goes, just today… i wont gamble.

Cat I just have to say that you are one of the kindest people around. You are so so supportive of everyone and you have done so much in your recovery. I love how you always re emphasise the day at a time of living, it often reminds me when i get too far ahead of myself. I know you have gone through a lot of pain and suffering, you deserve this recovery so much and you have made your way through it helping others at the same time. Im proud to know you cat, just wanted to say..

You are certainly going through a trot of things going wrong, it has to improve from here on in right? Can you imagine Bettie if you had thrown gambling into this mix. Thank god you are not gambling today because that would be a disaster. Well done on your recovery. Thanks for posting the melody beattie stuff. I read her books about a decade ago.

I have the opportunity today to make it a gamble free one. No matter what happens in my day today, i choose not to gamble.
There was a time when i couldn’t choose, today i can and for that i am totally grateful. Making a commitment to keep myself in recovery today and every day. Its my priority. If i don’t have recovery i don’t have anything 🙂
