    Well done on not gambling.. just make today gamble free, thats all that matters..if you are on day 16 or day 1600 its still just not gambling for this day.. and repeating that each day. One day at a time Micky. its a good day if we dont gamble hey. Well done.

    I posted to you but it got lost in cyberspace. I just wanted to say. Had you not had this addiction you may never have appreciated such a simple day. I believe addiction when we are in recovery can change our awareness to what’s important, like the simple things in life… Well done 🙂

    Hey well done.. i like that idea of doing one thing a day.. i need to try that myself. Procrastination is a big one for me so i need to implement things to get me moving. Way to go on your gamble free time and attitude to change.

    You dont sound like a whimp at all and i hope you dont attempt to do that garden on your own.. you do enough. My head whirls at all the stuff you cram into your day and what you get up to. You are doing wonderful and the smart thing to do is be realistic about what you can and cant do with your heart.. you need to look after yourself like you look after everyone else.. hope you have a wonderful night.. cant imagine seeing snow out the window.. how awesome

    I hope 2015 is an awesome one.. so happy you are going into this year with hope.. things are turning round for you by the sounds of it and it is wonderful that you are loving your work.
    So happy that you got yourself turned around so quickly… that is a miracle to me. I know if it were me i would still be out there, well done.. you have done amazingly well on this journey and your debt is almost all done.. wow. You have come so far, one little blip in all those years is pretty amazing K.. all the best to you and your family

    Well done on getting back on track.. keep going, those days will keep on adding up and the further you are away the better things will be, although there can be challenges at least if you are not gambling you will be able to handle them better, gambling just makes every thing worse.. keep going micky

    I was thinking this morning and wondering how all my friends here are doing.. i thought of how you would post often and sometimes meet in chat.. it would be lovely to catch up in chat again with you sometime over a coffee…
