You are doing great.  You didn’t gamble!!! Congratulations.  You are moving on up Bettie and don’t you let anyone else bring you down.  Come on chat no matter how you feel, you dont have to be feeling all up beat to go on there come on there even if you feel like crap.  By the time you leave you will most likely feel better, I am speaking from experience!  It has helped me many times. I practically lived on there all weekend.  My son had his cousin here so was playing all weekend and I had time to talk to all my GT friends, you are one of them, so hope to see you next time on chat.  Good on you Bettie you have come a long way.

Hi Kathryn sounds like things are moving right along in your world.  Great news!  If i were you i would do the banning, I so wish they did it in this state like they do where you are.  To be excluded everywhere by excluding once is a dream, take the opportunity before your other runs out.  If i could i would. Silly how they make different rules for different states isnt it.  I think i may write a little letter to the government explaining how hard it is for us to do here and how it could be made so much easier.  For now i just have to work on the other things to strenthen and ban mentally i guess and not carry cards or too much cash.  Only what i need, and keep close to this site and meetings.  That way i think I am armed pretty much.  Congratulations on your new job, had to laugh at their joke when you left sorbolene cream etc, people must read this and think us aussies are a mad bunch!  hehe.  Anyway just wanted to say hi and congrats on your life, it is really full now of all wonderful things that dont involve gambling.  You are awesome Kathryn

Congratulations on your 8 months that is really wonderful news!  It is sad what gambling takes from us.  You are right, so much more than finances.  You have a new life now Larry, a new gamble free life away from the illusions of gambling.  I took a look back at gambling the other week, I slipped, I can tell you, you don’t want to go back.  If ever you feel tempted use me as an example.  Straight back to the devastation and misery.  No matter how long we are away from it, it remains the same if we return.  So from one CG to another I admire your journey so far and appreciate your support
