Hi Whatif, well done on looking for help and self excluding and closing your online accounts, you have made the right decision . Regarding your debts STEPCHANGE helped me pay mine off and they are free all your money you pay them go’s to your creditors. Keep posting on your progress, one day at a time you will get there i did . 🙂

Hi Mosreal you say it yourself “Iv’e had enough ” your not the only one who has stolen money to gamble and feed this horrific addiction, make plans , set targets, apologise to your friend and pay her back as soon as you can , you will feel better once you have, keep posting on here on your progress of being gamble free, one day at a time you will get there i did.
Hi Sleepless iv’e been there my friend as low as you can possibly go, do what you can to stop access to gambling , self exclude , block , do whatever it takes i did and it works . One day at a time things get slowly better, keep posting on here on your progress you will feel better in yourself knowing others are in the same boat as you , your not alone in this.
Hi Alew just read your story, big positive in that you have no debts and that makes one hell of a difference in recovery 🙂 like charles says get your self banned and blocked and anything else you can think of that helps in any way . keep posting with your progress day by day , one day at a time my friend .
Hi Mav thanks for the post on my thread i’m doing okay thank you, just been reading your sons being bullied, my son was too about 3 years ago and the school didn’t want to know so we took him out and moved him to a school who did care and took bullying seriously. He’s doing great now and has his exams coming up soon. I hope you sort it out soon it must be awful for him i know it was for my son and the constant worry you get yourself wondering if he’s safe everytime he’s there . Take care and do everything you can for him 🙂 no child should be subject to it 🙁
