Congratulations on 37 days gamble free this is a fantastic achievement, really happy you are taking it one day at a time and just focusing on everyday its the only way.

nDon’t rush in paying off debts, what I mean by that is if you stretch yourself to much each month you can get tempted back to old ways to make the payments promised, pay what you know you can afford and be sure to leave yourself money to live (please don’t take this as interfering just from personal experiance)

Lizbeth mon amie, c'est agréable de te voir te battre et pour être honnête, c'est le seul moyen, oui nous glissons / jouons ……. et nous savons que c'est mal, nous savons que cela cause de la douleur et de la souffrance, nous nous battons dur contre cela mais parfois nous échouons, tu devrais être fière Lizbeth parce que tu travailles à la récupération tous les jours et c'est ce qu'il faut, je pensais que j'étais dans un bon endroit mais j'ai fini le jour même ……. travailler à la récupération tous les jours est le seul moyen…..car je sais que pour moi en un jour je peux faire des années de dégâts ! n nPrenez soin de vous et de tout mon cœur

Lizbeth, amica mia, è bello vederti combattere ed essere onesti è l'unico modo, sì scivoliamo / scommettiamo…….. e sappiamo che è sbagliato, sappiamo che provoca dolore e sofferenza, lottiamo duramente contro di esso ma a volte falliamo, dovresti essere orgogliosa Lizbeth perché lavori per il recupero ogni giorno ed è quello che serve, pensavo di essere in un buon posto ma sono finito in un giorno uno…….lavorare al recupero ogni giorno è il unico modo…..perchè so che per me in un giorno posso fare anni di danni ! n nAbbi cura di te e il mio meglio per te
