Hi Adele, Moving threads from one forum to another is often technically difficult as different forums use different databases and coding its also time consuming and expensive. Whilst the forums are back there are 1000’s of entries that need to be recoded. Unfortunately this happens automatically at a rate of less that 50 an hour.. We’ve manually configured some threads but Im going to see how the automatic coding gets on before we attempt any-more manual retrieval. Unfortunately I couldn’t have fallen sick at a worse time but I’m back all be it only 75% of me seems to be functioning properly.
I can only assure you we as a team are doing all we can to resolve and make this the best site ever… and it is looking fab don’t you agree

Your Certainly not blocked, As for the emails im a little unsure what email your talking about so I cant comment.
Entering the groups is easier although different. Ive created a small video located in user guides that should help

Sorry your post got mislaid, the forums are going to take a few more days to populate but we managed to get yours fairly quickly… would be great to get an update on your recovery 🙂

Just to add to Katie’s reply. We’ve now cleared the black list, unfortunately this does leave us slightly open to abuse, over the coming days ill be adding the obvious words back in due course… if anything in the mean time offends you please report it and were amend the list
One of the greatest issues with being a global service is how a word in English may be a swear word in another country, due to this you may find some words are excluded from your thread, if this is the case can you pop onto the helpline where were do all we can to rectify the issue

Ora abbiamo cancellato la lista nera, sfortunatamente questo ci lascia leggermente aperti agli abusi, nei prossimi giorni aggiungerò le parole ovvie a tempo debito… se qualcosa nel frattempo ti offende per favore segnalalo e correggi la lista Uno dei problemi più grandi dell'essere un servizio globale è come una parola in inglese possa essere una parolaccia in un altro paese, a causa di ciò potresti scoprire che alcune parole sono escluse dal tuo thread, se questo è il caso puoi fare un salto su la linea di assistenza dove eravamo fare tutto il possibile per risolvere il problema

Its all a bit new and confusing. Unfortunately I’ve been on sick leave for the last 2 weeks and haven’t had the time to really make user guides… they will be coming over the next few weeks and anything you feel that needs a little more help then please ask and I’ll do what I can… keep a look out for this page as its where the guides will go

The simple answer to can GM help is yes and I’m living proof of this. I like you had been to GA & Counselling previously without success.
I like you questioned why nothing was working and in all honesty for me the answer lay in the fact id spent so many years trying so hard to find a pathway to recovery I started to think I was a lost cause and that belief / thought kept me from truly working recovery.
No Soul, you’re not a lost cause, If you truly want recovery forget what you’ve done in the past; use your energy and commitment to take you through GMA. GMA isn’t like some may think an easy option if anything its possibly one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences of my life.
No Soul, I went into GM 7+ years ago; a broken man with a gambling life spanning 25 of my then 37 years… I’m now just over 7 years clean, my whole life has changed, I’ve changed… give GM your best shot, forget what you’ve tried, don’t worry why it didn’t work you can explore that once you are here
I can honestly say if i hadn’t been for GMA I doubt id have found the life ive found… a contented happy life
