    today is off, I find it hard to wake up I have not planned anything for today, in such days my demons start popping up so I have to fill this day with anything just to distract myself, in the working days the work is a great distraction. and the GYM as well but I need more distractions.

    ps: my demons are all the pain, suffering, insecurities, depressing thoughts…etc that have been caused by gambling or caused the gambling.

Gün, bugün tatil, uyanmakta zorlanıyorum, bugün için hiçbir şey planlamadım, böyle günlerde şeytanlarım ortaya çıkmaya başlıyor, bu yüzden iş günlerinde dikkatimi dağıtmak için bu günü herhangi bir şeyle doldurmam gerekiyor. çalışmak büyük bir dikkat dağıtıcıdır. ve GYM de ama daha fazla dikkat dağıtmaya ihtiyacım var. ps: iblislerim kumarın neden olduğu veya kumarın neden olduğu tüm acı, ıstırap, güvensizlik, iç karartıcı düşünceler…vb.

    Dan#46, danas je slobodan, teško mi je probuditi se, nisam planirao ništa za danas, u takvim danima počnu mi se pojavljivati demoni pa moram ovaj dan ispuniti svime samo da bih sebi odvratio pažnju, u radnim danima posao je velika smetnja. i teretanu također, ali trebam više smetnji. ps: moji demoni su sva bol, patnja, nesigurnost, depresivne misli … itd. koje su uzrokovane kockanjem ili su uzrokovale kockanje.
